Natalie is the Eagle Labs Diversity & Inclusion Lead at Barclays. She has been at Barclays for over 10 years and has obtained a variety of roles throughout her career. She started on the apprenticeship programme, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business management and Leadership. She was also one of the only black apprentices in her cohort on the apprenticeship programme. She has since excelled in her career.

Natalie came from a very adverse background, being her mum’s carer and going through a family bereavement from the loss of her brother, but she has used her adversity to champion her success and becoming a shining example of inspiration to others. She is a mother to a little boy.

Natalie launched the Barclays Black Founder Accelerator programme in 2020 and was awarded an MBE in 2022 for services to Diversity and Inclusion and Business Development. She is a serial award winner and has won awards such as Barclays Citizenship & Diversity Award Winner 2021, Fintech Future’s Top 10 Women 2020, WeAreTheCity Rising Star 2020, to name a few. She was also the Financial Services Winner of the Black British Business Awards 2022.

Natalie also runs her own natural hair blog encouraging other black young people to be unapologetically themselves.
